Downloading FAQ

We want your buying experience to be a good one. If you are new to purchasing downloads or just want more information about purchasing mp3/pdf downloads, please read below.

Purchasing a download is easy! Here's a step by step process:

1. Add MP3 titles or E-book to shopping cart by clicking "Add MP3 to Cart" or "Add Ebook to Cart". If you wish to buy CDs or books in the same order, no problem! Browse the CDs and books, add them to the shopping cart, and we will ship this part of the order to you.

2. Pay for your order through our shopping cart. Payments are made through Paypal's secure website. A Paypal account is NOT REQUIRED . You can pay using a credit card or you can use your paypal account. The screen looks like this:

3. After Payment, You will be redirected to a page with links to download your purchase . After Paypal, it will automatically redirect you back to our website (or you have to click to get back to our site). There is a button that says "Download Your Order and/or Go Back to www.gwen.ca". Click this and you will be directed to a page with links to your download purchase. You will also be sent an email with links to your purchase.

4. Check your email . You should receive 3 emails: #1 from Paypal, confirming your payment. #2 is your receipt from us - in the receipt will be links to each one the MP3 or PDF file downloads you purchased. #3 email is an email we send personally to confirm your order was received.

5. Click on the download links in your email . A blank browser window will open and your download should begin immediately. You have 24 hours to download your purchase . If you purchased physical items like CDs and Books in your order, we will mail these via Canada Post.

6. Note: MP3 and E-book downloads are large files. You are downloading a high quality full album (MP3) or a whole book PDF file (Ebook). MP3 titles are ~50 MB files, and Ebooks are < 1 MB. Dialup internet connections can work, but will take time to download and run the risk of the server timing out the download on your end or our end. We will assist you if you have questions about this.

Download Adobe Acrobat

Click to Download Adobe Reader.

2. If you purchased an MP3, it is an audio file and you will need an audio player to hear the file. Not all audio players support MP3 files, so here are some free players to download :

Real Player (Can be used for PC or Mac computers)
